Technology is ever evolving and with it the digital landscape. Transformation forms a crucial part of an organisation’s strength against competition.

 Kenya has opportunities in digital innovation , thanks to digital transformation. Software applications, like mobile apps or websites , allows businesses to interact with customers more effectively.

Digital transformation is expected to contribute $1.7 trillion (Sh219 trillion) to the global economy by 2027. Also , customers engage through digital channels. Social media management tools and digital marketing software all fall under this. 

Digital transformation involves leveraging digital technologies to alter business operation , enhance customer value and gives a culture of agility and innovation.

In research cause Huawei launched the AppCube Hackathon aiming to spark innovation and build big using code. Without software, most aspects of digital transformation won’t be possible.
